User experience research assistant

We are a user experience research company that helps our clients develop innovative technology-based products and services by helping them better understand their customers' needs. We work extensively in telecoms and mobile.

Areas of expertise: Ethnographic research, participatory design, usability testing, service trials

Examples of methods used routinely: In-home research, shadowing, lab-based testing

The work will mainly involve supporting consultants on projects from our offices in West London.

We expect to pay approximately £80 per week.

We have had two placements in the past. Both were recent MSc graduates. We hired both of them as full-time employees following the placement period. One has been with us for almost 4 years, and the other for 1.5 years.
