Course content
The course is delivered on-line and students study two modules. Each module has a value of 30 credits and represents 300 hours of study, including formal teaching, independent study, revision and the preparation of assessments.
Assessment
The modules are assessed by a combination of examination and project work or course work. Overseas students can make arrangements to sit the examination in their home country.

Recommended pre-requisites
Acceptance onto the course will depend on students holding a first degree or its equivalent from a recognised institution. If students have an alternative non-degree or professional qualification, for instance within engineering, design or health sciences, this may also be considered for entry. Overseas applicants should be fluent in English, as demonstrated by a British Council IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6.0 in any one element or a score of at least 87 on the iBT, with no less than 21 in listening and writing, 22 in reading and 23 in speaking.
