Ageing & Work SIG

Ageing and workDemographic change and changes to the default retirement age are aimed at encouraging people to stay at work longer when able to do so.

With this difference in population structure, ergonomics has a large role to play in relation to objective assessment of physical and mental capacity, workplace design issues and work organisation.

Do you want to discuss and influence how we respond to these and other age-related issues? Then why not join the IEHF’s Ageing & Work Special Interest Group? Anyone can join, you don’t have to be a member of the Institute, but why not consider that too?
