Quintec Associates Ltd was opened as Thales Human Factors in 1954 and provides a high quality, professional and independent consultancy service in human factors and training needs analysis at a very competitive price. We apply human factors to the design of complex, computer-based systems and work closely with clients to develop practical solutions.
We cover all aspects of MANPRINT and HFIP, including task analysis, HCI, workload analysis, systems requirements capture, control room layout, health and safety, HAZOPS and usability assessment. Our consultants have several years experience in technology areas such as sonar, radar, EW, ESM, telecommunications and IT. In 1993, the group was awarded the Ergonomics Society's President's Medal for their application of ergonomics knowledge.
