The Keil Centre is a private, limited company of Occupational Psychologists and Registered Ergonomists, based in Edinburgh, UK. The company has maintained steady growth since its establishment in 1983 and has recently opened an office in Perth, Western Australia. We are an award winning and respected consultancy with an enviable international client base. Our team develop and deliver a range of innovative, evidence based psychology and ergonomic solutions that support business success for clients across the UK and around the world.

To meet our business growth, we now wish to appoint an experienced Chartered Psychologist – Occupational who can make a significant contribution to our continued success. The successful candidate will be given help and guidance in our service and product range, as well as encouragement to follow your own areas of interest and expertise.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • HCPC Registered Psychologist
  • A demonstrable track record of client management and business development
  • Experience of a range of project types, including developing and delivering training courses
  • Delivering evidence based solutions and recommendations founded on strong psychological principles
  • Ability to manage a range of projects at any one time
  • A willingness to travel across the UK, Europe and occasionally worldwide
  • Experience of a range of industry sectors would be highly desirable.

Working hours: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience, plus discretionary bonus, contributory pension & private health care
