Symbiotics Ltd is looking to recruit a HFHuman Factors specialist with HCIHuman Computer Interaction experience to join its team of Human Factors, Human Performance & Training experts.

Symbiotics Ltd is a Human Performance company that has worked extensively with Surveillance, Security, Intelligence, Remote Ops and EOD communities in Defence & Aviation sectors.

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Job details: Full-time, permanent position
Salary: Dependent on experience, skills & qualifications

Job Role

* Applying Human Factors through consultancy and research based projects to support the delivery of HFHuman Factors projects, developing and delivering solutions for a variety of clients.
* This is a varied role that would suit a HFHuman Factors Specialist/ Psychologist looking to progress their career to the next stage, developing their role within a dynamic organisation.

The successful candidate is likely to have at least 3 years applied experience and a proven record of employing best practice HFHuman Factors principles & methodologies. Experience in HCIHuman Computer Interaction is critical, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. Security clearance would be an advantage.
