Articles and memorandum of association
The IEHF (formerly the Ergonomics Society) is an incorporated body and as such has rules and regulations for the management of its internal affairs and conduct of its business as well as the relation between the members and the IEHF. This is set out in the Articles of Association which is a document that contains the purpose of the IEHF as well as the duties and responsibilities of its members.
The Memorandum of Association is the document that governs the relationship between the IEHF and the outside. It is one of the documents required to incorporate a company in the UK.
