DESCRIPTION:50th Anniversary Congress of the Société d’Ergonomie de Langue Française: Meeting society’s challenges.    Over the last 50 years\, ergonomics has changed. Originally\, and due to its nature\, ergonomics set itself as a resource improving the development of the organisations facing different demands regarding employee health\, production efficiency\, product and service design. This is the challenge of this 50th Congress. Looking at what has already been achieved\, the invitation is to explore paths for the future\, to rethink what is crucial to ergonomics and to better understand how diversity matches unity. The focal point of all these questions is the way in which activity is value adding. These are the roots of this Congress\, to ensure that ergonomics lives up to society’s expectations.
